We do not have a shop front you can visit as our offices and warehouse are not open to the public, but if you need to speak to us just send an email to customerservice@anybodycosmetics.com.au and we will email you back.

For all orders within Australia, all prices are inclusive of GST.

Yes we are Australian owned and operated & our makeup is made in Australia.

We will always respond to your emails in a timely manner so if you have not received a reply from us within 48hrs, please check your junk folder as it may have gone there. Also please check the email address you have sent to is correct. We will usually post all orders out within 48hrs of payment being received. During peak times this may take longer. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details so that you can track your order. If you do not receive this please check your junk folder or email orders@anybodycosmetics.com.au.

Email a few photos of yourself to colourmatch@anybodycosmetics.com.au in good natural lighting and we will recommend the best shade for you.

Loose Mineral Foundation- when you order a Loose Mineral Foundation , we will also send you a free sample of the same foundation shade (and a few extra free shade samples) so that you can try the samples first & if the Foundation you purchased is not a perfect match we will happily exchange for another shade.

Liquid Foundation - when you order a Liquid Foundation, we will also send you a free shade swatch of the same foundation shade (and a few extra free swatches) so that you can swatch the sample and if the Foundation you have purchased is not a perfect match we will happily exchange for another shade.

If you try the foundation sample/swatch and it is not a match, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing orders@anybodycosmetics.com.au and we will happily exchange the shade for you.

NO WAY! Anybody Cosmetics is a cruelty free, VEGAN makeup line meaning that we do not test on animals or use ANY animal derived products.
